Claiming Credit for Attending
The MUSC Office of CME has developed a process using their registration and CME/CEU credit management system, CME Tracker, that allows faculty, staff, affiliates and external health care providers to look up their CME/CEU credit summary for their requested timeframe. This is not an official CME/CEU credit certificate that can be used for re-credentialing, satisfying MOC/MOL requirements or other uses, but it does allow the individual to keep track of the credits they have earned whenever they need this information.
This is an unofficial transcript of the CME/CEU credit(s) earned for the requested time frame, based on the uploads from barcode scanners and rosters received from MUSC departments and divisions and recorded at the time the request is made. This unofficial transcript is available at no cost for unlimited use.

Live Streaming Grand Rounds
Psychiatry Grand Rounds will no longer be streamed through the Adobe Connect platform , and will instead be accessed through WebEx. Because of this, there will be a new protocol to RSVP and to access the lecture online.
The following changes will take place to the typical RSVP and streaming protocol for Psychiatry Grand Rounds going forward:
- Each individual who wishes to stream Grand Rounds will have to RSVP to every session. We will no longer be able to grant RSVPs for the entire series. There is no longer a static room link available. If you would like to receive the weekly room invite, you will need to join our mailing list to receive it by emailing us at email@example.com.
- You will now have until 9:00 a.m. the day of Grand Rounds to RSVP. However, we will not have the ability to manually grant access to the session to anyone once WebEx registration is closed. If you have not RSVP’ed by 9:00 a.m. the day of Grand Rounds, you will be unable to stream that week.
- You will not be able to join a WebEx meeting until 10 minutes before the start time (11:50 a.m.)
- You will access the session with a unique log in that is generated through WebEx, and sent to the email address you enter into the RSVP form. Please save the email you receive from WebEx with your instructions to stream. This email will provide the link you will use to access the session on Friday with your individual login info. Our team is not able to resend this email to you from our end.
We have a planning committee that selects speakers for each series. We would be glad to present your speaker recommendation to our planning committee for their review and consideration. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with speaker name, area of expertise, CV, and biosketch.
Other questions? Don't hesitate to reach the team by email, phone or in person at Grand Rounds.
