Online electronic applications are now available. The SC Board of Pharmacy will accept your Certification of Clinical Experience and allow students to take their exams before getting the Official Transcripts. Note: you still have to complete and receive grades for all rotations.

To Do:

Upload items listed on the Licensure by Examination Instructions (PDF).

Submit professional college transcripts directly to Board.

To complete your professional college transcripts, go online to Enrollment Services and submit the transcript request.

The request can be made at any time, however you need to ask that enrollment services hold for Degree Posting, and give the address for the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.

After graduation, it could be 7 to 10 days before transcripts are sent and received by the SC Board of Pharmacy.

The South Carolina Board of Pharmacy will accept your Certification of Clinical Experience form and allow students to take their exams before getting the Official Transcripts.

The Certification of Clinical Experience form will be completed and signed by the Dean and this will be available for you to pick up after you have completed and received grades for all of your rotations.

You cannot be licensed until you have taken and passed the NAPLEX/MPJE exams and the Board receives the transcripts, the application is incomplete without the transcripts.

All transcript requests are managed by the MUSC Office of Enrollment Management. You may locate and download a transcript request form from Registrar and Records.

If you have questions, please contact the Office of Enrollment Management.
