Mission

The mission of the MUSC Faculty Senate is to represent the views, needs, and interests of faculty in the educational, research, and service programs of the university.

Vision

As the representative body of the MUSC faculty, the Faculty Senate is the faculty voice whose recommendations reflect and advocate the faculty's collective interests to further the university's mission.
