The university is in the process of drafting a new Student Alcohol Service Policy. The new policy would apply to university-wide and college-specific student events. The policy would address the prevention of intoxication at student events and intervention for students who are visibly intoxicated at student events.
The purpose of this form is to gather students’ perspectives about what should be included in a new alcohol service policy. When providing input, consider the following:
- Length of alcohol service at student events
- The amount of alcohol provided to each student at student events
- Steps for managing risk at student events where alcohol is served
- Interventions for students visibly intoxicated at student events
The information collected will be shared with the Student Alcohol Advisory Committee.
