Biography

Dr. Compton joined the MUSC faculty in 2020.  He graduated from medical school at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC in 1976 before completing his residency in Internal Medicine at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL in 1979.  He has practiced on the Geriatric Medicine faculty at the VA Medical Center, affiliated with the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
