Dr. Raymond Kessler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitative Services at the College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he has been a faculty member since 2013. With over four decades of clinical experience, Dr. Kessler specializes in restorative dentistry and is nationally recognized for his expertise in digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows.
Before joining MUSC, Dr. Kessler spent 30 years in private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he focused on comprehensive restorative care and innovative treatment planning. At MUSC, he actively integrates cutting-edge technology into patient care, dental education, and clinical research.

Teaching & Mentorship
As an educator, Dr. Kessler is deeply committed to preparing the next generation of dentists. He has taught numerous continuing education courses on topics including:
