Biography
Dr. Connie N. Wang is a board-eligible urologist with a clinical focus in urogynecology, or women’s pelvic floor health. Her clinical and research interests include all aspects of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, including robotic and vaginal surgery for repair of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, as well as medical treatments for conditions including but not limited to overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, pelvic floor pain, recurrent urinary tract infections, and voiding dysfunction. Dr. Wang completed her undergraduate education at William Marsh Rice University in Houston, TX. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX. She then completed her residency training in Urology at New York Presbyterian (Columbia University) in New York, NY. She has been involved in clinical research relating to patient outcomes after treatments for urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and has presented her work at several academic conferences. She is currently pursuing a fellowship at Medical University of South Carolina to complete her subspecialty training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive urology. Dr. Wang is committed to delivering compassionate care that is tailored to each individual patient to address unique needs and prioritize overall well-being and quality of life.
