Biography

Dr. Brittany Bryant received her Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Bryant is a licensed clinician who has previously provided integrated treatment to adults and adolescents with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Her research focuses on understanding the gaps and barriers to integrated treatment for justice-involved youth, dissemination of substance use prevention programs for school-aged children, and adapting evidenced based substance use and mental health treatments via telehealth to improve treatment retention and outcomes among youth. Dr. Bryant also has a strong interest in community outreach, education, and providing equitable and accessible treatment options.
