Outreach Program

Each primary research lab accepts a few senior high school students for summer research internships. Currently, we have students from the Academic Magnet High School, School of the Arts, Palmetto Scholars Academy, and the South Carolina Governor's School for Science and Mathematics (SCGSSM).

The alumni from this program have gone on to some of the most prestigious educational institutions in the nation to pursue degrees in engineering, science, and medicine.
