BMTRY 761 Longitudinal Data Analysis

Description

This course introduces students to the analysis of longitudinal data collected on individuals over time. Topics will include linear models for panel data, restricted maximum likelihood, choice of covariance structure, linear and generalized linear mixed effects models, marginal models and GEE, penalized quasi-likelihood, missing data, and dropout.
