- December 29, 2025: First Spring VA Certifications begins.

January 2, 2026: First Spring Financial Aid Disbursement to Tuition Accounts begins. A Disbursement is when aid applies to your bill.
- January 5, 2026: First Spring Financial Aid Stipends generated. A Stipend ( formerly known as a refund) is the overage of financial aid after tuition is paid.
- January 20, 2026: Second Spring VA Certification begins.
February 2026
February 16, 2026: Last date to apply for 2025-26 Financial Aid. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
March 2026

March 1, 2026: Priority deadline for 2026-27 Financial Aid for students who begin in Summer and Fall 2026. Meeting the Priority Deadline ensures that your financial aid package will be available by your payment due date and for consideration of other campus-based funds (Work-Study, HPL, Nursing and LDS loans, FSEOG and SC Need Based Grant).
- March 3, 2026: Voluntary Return of Loan Funds Deadline. This is the last date the school will return loan funds that you wish return for the Spring term. You may return loans directly to your loan servicer after this date.
- March 16, 2025: Deadline to submit FA SAP petitions for Spring and any outstanding Financial Aid documents for summer term.
April 2026

April 2, 2026: VA Spring Tuition Deferments Expire.
- April 24, 2026: Last date to request Spring 2026 financial aid.
