This presentation will offer a structured approach to recognizing patterns of stalking behavior, emphasizing how different forms of pursuit vary in motivation and clinical significance. It will explore the mental health conditions and contextual factors that contribute to stalking dynamics for both those who engage in these behaviors and those affected by them. It will also address the clinician’s role in assessing risk, maintaining clear documentation, and working effectively within legal and forensic systems.
