The Office of Interprofessional Initiatives is currently seeking faculty and post-docs to serve as facilitators for our interprofessional courses and activities: 

  • Required interprofessional education course work, including IP 711 IP Foundations and TeamSTEPPS® and concentration courses.

  • CLARION Competition

Maralynne D. Mitcham IP Fellowship

The purpose of the Maralynne D. Mitcham Interprofessional Fellowship is to prepare university faculty and staff to successfully assume new roles in interprofessional education, research, practice, and/or administration. The program seeks to foster people who demonstrate interprofessional competencies that span multiple professions, disciplines and contexts.

Team Up for Better Teaching

Team-Up for Better Teaching is a collaboration between the Office of Interprofessional Initiatives and the MUSC’s Apple Tree Society.  This program specifically seeks to bring together educators, clinicians, and researchers from all Colleges and departments at MUSC with the goal of providing a framework for interprofessional (IP) team training strategies and principles that can be applied to teaching both outside and inside of the classroom in clinical, research, and/or academic settings. For more information:
