A. Personal Statement
As a Peripheral Vascular Surgeon, I frequently am involved in the care of patients with peripheral arterial occlusive disease of the lower extremities and have long been interested in patient-oriented therapies. There remain many opportunities for improvement of the way that we educate and guide patients making decisions for their atherosclerotic arterial disease.
