Student Access to OurDay

(This should take less than 5 minutes to complete.)

Check your email account. Prior to logging in you will need information found in the two emails you receive from musc@myworkday.com

Email #1 will include your Student ID#, which is your username for your student account. This is a 9-digit number beginning with 900 or 910.

Email #2 will include a temporary password and the link to login to the system.

Step 1: Login and Change Your Password

Follow the link provided in the email to log in to the system and reset your password.

To set up your account, enter your username (the 9-digit number beginning with 900 or 910 found in email #1) and your temporary password (found in email #2).

You will immediately be prompted to change your password.

Step 2: Email Authentication

After changing your password, you will be prompted to set up email authentication, which you will be required to enter each time you log in to your student account.

Click Set Up Now.

You will then be prompted to enter your primary email on file (for the majority, this is your @musc.edu email account).

Click Send to Email

A verification code will be sent to your primary email on file.

Check your email inbox and retrieve the pass code.

Log in to your student account from your Browser and enter the verification code.

Click continue.

Login Success!
Click “Done” to enter your account.

Click on “Forgot Password.”

Enter your username (this is a 9-digit number beginning with 900 or 910) and click continue.

Check your primary email for a link to reset your password.

Enter your email address and new password.

Click submit.

Check your email to ‘authenticate’ your identity.

Remember, the authentication step is required each time you log in to your student account.
