Level II pediatric therapist providing both inpatient and outpatient therapy services to children birth through adolescence; work primarily in the neonatal intensive care and trauma units as well as outpatient sensory integration lab.  Advanced training in infant feeding and swallowing disorders, sensory integrative dysfunction, neurodevelopmental treatment, constraint induced movement therapy, biomechanical disorders, spinal cord injury, and disorders of praxis and fine motor skills.

Teacher of a self-contained class for children with orthopedic handicaps and other health impairments.  Provided daily instruction and individualized educational plans for up to 15 children with various physical impairments including cerebral palsy, osteogenesis imperfecta, spina bifida, deaf/blind, arthrogryposis, and traumatic brain injury.

Handicap International – Vietnam Project (2016-2019): Nominated by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy (WFOT) to serve as a consultant for Handicap International project in Vietnam. The multi-year project, funded by a US AID grant, involves two phases.

Phase I is completed and involved the development and publication of rehabilitation guidelines for the care of children with cerebral palsy. These guidelines were approved by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health in the fall of 2017 and will be published and distributed to hospitals and providers in all provinces of Vietnam.

Phase II is on-going and involves workshop training for therapist, physicians and nurses in Vietnam.
