Off-Campus Housing

Ready to discover your home away from home? Off-Campus Housing is your resource to find the place that is right for you. MUSC students, faculty, and staff can access current listings of rentals, sales, and roommates. Please note that we do not own, inspect, endorse, approve or assume responsibility for any of our listings nor do we support a particular property, landlord or real estate agent or agency.

ATTENTION STUDENTS: Your student financial aid budget allots $1,500/month for housing. It is recommended to be below this number. Having roommates and living further from campus are easy methods to reduce costs.

Current MUSC Students, Employees, Faculty, and Staff

If you have a valid MUSC NetID, you may search for housing, roommates, and list one free property listing on the MUSC Housing website.

New or Incoming MUSC Students, Employees, Faculty, and Staff

If you do not have a MUSC NetID yet, you are still able to search for housing and roommates on the MUSC Housing website, but you will need to create a guest account first. After you register and your enrollment is verified, you will receive login instructions.

Register to List Your Property: If you have a place to rent or sell to MUSC students, faculty or staff, please register and list your property on the MUSC Housing website. You will be able turn your listing on and off as many times as you need throughout the year. You will also be able to edit your own listing/information at any time and will have the ability to add photos.

Off-Campus Housing is located in the Office of Student Engagement at the Harper Student Center (Wellness Center) on the MUSC Campus. Use the map below to locate our office and additional places on campus. For your convenience, we have also provide printable maps.
