Originally launched to support MUSC faculty during COVID-19, ARROW offers a program to facilitate manuscript submissions by providing access to editing and formatting services.

The ARROW program offers this service to faculty scientists by arranging for and providing a stipend to an external expert in your field to conduct an NIH-style, in-depth review of your research grant application.
