The Center for Advancement, Recruitment, and Retention of the Workforce (ARROW) is dedicated to strengthening career pathways in academic medicine, healthcare, and biomedical sciences. Through mentorship, leadership training, and career development programs, ARROW equips faculty and trainees at MUSC with the tools needed to achieve their professional goals.

ARROW is open to all faculty and trainees at MUSC who are invested in advancing professional opportunities for women in medicine and science. Participation is not limited by gender. Anyone who values mentorship, leadership development, and career growth is encouraged to take part.
