The Center for Global Health is pleased with the return of International Cuisine Week during the 2026 Global Health Week (April 6–10, 2026), the annual celebration of global health and international cultures at MUSC.
This year’s menus will feature daily highlights in all MUSC Health cafeterias celebrating cuisines from regions across the world, including Spain, Israel, Portugal, South Korea and Ireland.
