MUSC Travel Registry

All MUSC faculty, staff, trainees, and students are required to register their university-related international travel plans prior to departure.

The MUSC Travel Registry is a confidential and secure database for maintaining key travel information about faculty, staff, and students traveling for University-related purposes. The travel registry is the official and authoritative source of traveler information for locating and communicating with travelers when responding to an emergency or critical incident abroad.

  • Student Group Travel: If you are traveling as part of a MUSC student group, you do not need to submit a separate individual travel registration. Instead, the designated student group leader will complete a group registration on behalf of all participants. To begin this process, the student group leader should contact Young-Min Park at parkyo@musc.edu.
  • Domestic Travel: Travel within the United States does not require registration in the MUSC Travel Registry.
  • Personal Travel: Personal vacations do not need to be registered through the MUSC Travel Registry.
