Join us for an interactive experience focused on seamlessly using classroom technology and educational software applications in both face-to-face and hybrid environments. Learn how to maximize class time and minimize disruptions for a smoother teaching and learning experience.

Target Audience: New faculty or those needing a refresher on classroom technology.

We’re excited to invite you to our AI-focused book club, where we’ll explore the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence and its applications in education, healthcare, and beyond. Each week, we’ll discuss the thought-provoking book Teaching with AI: A Practical Guide to a New Era of Human Learning, diving into AI’s role in our world, its ethical implications, and its impact on teaching and professional practice. Participants will also have the unique opportunity to pilot new professional development platform designed to enhance educator growth through micro-learning. Spots are limited, so secure your place today!

Target Audience: Teaching faculty and staff interested in expanding their knowledge and utilization of AI with openness to participate in the professional development platform pilot.

Learning Circles Jigsaw

November 14th, 2-3pm

This forum features lightning sessions (7 minutes each) where faculty and staff share strategies they are planning to apply or have already applied to enhance teaching and learning. Held twice per year in Fall and Spring, this session is inspired by the Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Strategy and typically lasts 90 minutes.

Target Audience: Educators eager to learn from their peers and open to innovative ideas.
