Job Description: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation; Assist CGS staff with scheduling, meeting preparation, and routine communications; Support CGS-sponsored academic, research, and scientific events (e.g., orientations, workshops, seminars, and symposia) by: Assisting with event preparation and materials: Supporting registration, check-in, and on-site logistics; Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed; Help maintain organized electronic and paper records; Assist with special projects and office tasks as assigned; Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled graduate student in good academic standing; Dependable with strong organizational and communication skills; Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); Ability to follow instructions and work independently with supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Prior office or administration experience; Experience assisting with campus or academic events; Interest in graduate education or academic services.
