Academic Media

We provide a range of academic media services, we specialize in video production and editing, photography, website creation, and graphic design. We are committed to advancing the missions of the Medical University of South Carolina, our services support clinical, educational, and research needs, providing professional media solutions for faculty, students and staff.

Videography

Education and training videos

• Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
  Charges may apply
• Closed-captioning charges are responsibility of the client. ITFR can take care of this through a third party but the client will be charged.

Photography

Faculty and staff who need photos must contact COMMSERV.

All student events on campus

• Two-week notice required
• Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
• No charge

Events off campus and/or after hours

• Six-week notice required $150/hr
• Editing free of charge

Student Professional portraits

• $25 per digital edit
• Available year-round, Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm to all students and residents (for applications outside of MUSC; for MUSC use, email commserv@musc.edu)
