As a child growing up in Boston Bay, Jamaica, Kareem Heslop, Ph.D., had the ambition to become a scientist, although he had never met such a person.

The spring semester draws to a close and a new class of graduates is getting ready for the CGS hooding ceremony and Commencement.

I hope that 2022 is off to a good start and that the year ahead is healthy, happy and rewarding.
