Resources

The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) provides a range of resources to support students' mental health and overall well-being. These resources address common challenges such as stress, time management, academic pressures, relationships, and sleep hygiene. Students can also find support tailored to their specific experiences, including resources for international students, veterans, and those managing conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma. CAPS is dedicated to helping students navigate personal and academic life by offering guidance, strategies, and tools to foster resilience and success.
